2. Data we receive

The data you include in your résumé and email: name, contact details, education, work experience and any other information you choose to share.

Please do not send data that is unnecessary for the process, such as a photo, ID number, marital status or health information.

3. How we use it

To evaluate your profile for current or future openings at Grupo ESROD.

To contact you during the selection process.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than the selection process, unless required by law.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give by voluntarily sending us your résumé, in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its regulations.

5. Retention

We keep your résumé for up to 12 months from receipt to consider it for other opportunities. After that period we delete it, unless you ask us to keep or update it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your application at any time.

7. Providers and cookies

Your email is received by the email service of our hosting provider (Bluehost).

This site only uses Google Analytics, to measure visits, if you accept it in the cookie notice. You can change your choice with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
